Maulana Tauqeer Raza reached the shrine of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz, said - it is wrong to look for a temple everywhere
Ajmer News: Islamic religious leader Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan, who reached the shrine of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz in Ajmer, said that an attempt is being made to spoil the communal harmony of the country on the pretext of digging religious places.
Islamic religious leader and president of the Ittehad-e-Millat Council (IMC), Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan visited the shrine of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz in Ajmer and offered prayers for national peace and unity. He offered flowers of devotion and a velvet sheet, and he kissed the dargah's doorstep. During this, he described the current controversies of digging religious places and searching for temples as harmful to the communal unity of the country.
While talking to the media, he said that an attempt is being made to spoil the communal harmony of the country on the pretext of digging religious places. He said that those who are coming to Dargah Sharif for excavation should understand that these disputes will end with the miracle of Garib Nawaz. Giving the example of Haji Ali Dargah, he said that if evidence of Samudra Manthan is to be found, then excavation should be done there too.
In any case, referring to the provision to maintain the status quo of religious places under the Worship Act 1991 by Maulana, he clarified that the petitions being accepted in the courts despite this law would amount to illegality. Instead, he demanded immediate dismissal of these petitions and severe actions be taken against the petitioners regarding the filing of these false cases.
He told the audience that the country is not digging and increasing disputes but in brotherhood and development. He asked all the religions and communities to appeal to the people to maintain peace and harmony. He said it is wrong, and in no way justified to weaken the country on the pretext of harming the Muslims.
On this occasion, Maulana Tauqeer Raza met Secretary of Anjuman Syed Zadgan Syed Sarwar Chishti and other officials and assured that every possible effort will be made to protect the honor of the shrine of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz.
