The company is also going to launch its first India-made electric car this financial year, while it is also preparing to launch two new models in the best-selling SUV segment this year. The company has announced a new investment of Rs 35 thousand crore in India in January 2024.

Regarding the new Maruti Suzuki model's features, all of its variants will come with six airbags. In addition, the vehicle will have three-point seatbelts and hill hold control.
The company states that the new Swift's manual gearbox delivers an average of 24.8 kmpl and the automatic gearbox offers an average of 25.7 kmpl.
