Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, who reached Jaipur on a one-day visit on Sunday, told the achievements of the central government's budget in a conversation with journalists. During this, in response to the question asked about responsibility and action on the incident at the coaching institute in Rajendra Nagar, Delhi, he blamed the Delhi government and said that the subject of illegal construction is of the state government.

It is worth noting that when water entered the basement, there were 30 students in the coaching. Three children died due to the high flow of water there. He said that as far as illegal construction is concerned, it is the responsibility of the Delhi government. However, he then said that everyone's responsibility is fixed. A meeting has been called in Delhi regarding this matter.

In response to a question on OPS, Khattar said that the issue of OPS is not new. It is from the time of the Congress government before 2004. The decision of OPS and NPS was taken with the consent of the government but politics is being done on this issue today.

Khattar said that earlier the share of OPS was 10% of the employees and 10% of the central government. Now the share of the central government has been increased to 14%. The share has been increased by 4%, the fund has also been increased. Due to this, the employees will get more money.
