Mamta said- PM is not misusing central agencies

A motion of censure against the central investigative agencies was tabled in the West Bengal Assembly on Monday. During this, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee praised PM Modi fiercely. Speaking on the increasing raids on investigating agencies on TMC leaders of Bengal, Mamta said, I don't think this is what the PM is doing. There are some local and central BJP leaders who are conspiring against us.
Bengal CM said that I urge PM Modi to keep the functioning of the government and the party separately, it will not be good for the country. I want to remind you that the investigating agencies come under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Amit Shah is the Home Minister of the country.
He said that the CBI has registered 109 cases in the state, out of which only 50 cases are registered under the law. In the assembly, 189 votes were cast in favour of the censure motion, and the motion was passed.
The West Bengal government has taken this step at a time when agencies like ED and CBI are probing some high-profile cases against TMC leaders. In the last 2 months, many TMC leaders in West Bengal have been arrested by CBI and ED.
