With this, Son became the second player in Tottenham's history to score the most goals for the team in the Premier League. He has 206 goals to his name.
After the match, Son said that scoring 100 goals in the Premier League is a big deal. I was really emotional as I have had tough days in the last few weeks. Recently my grandfather passed away and it was not easy for me to go through it. I dedicate today's goal to him.
Son continued – This is a good thing for Asia and I take a huge responsibility to be a good example to help the youth. I want them to believe that an Asian player can do amazing things in the Premier League.
