Kia Motors has released the GTX model of the Sonet, the company's cheapest SUV in India. The company's latest variation includes a number of excellent features. The unique aspect is that the corporation unveiled the new variant in early July; previously, the HTE (O) and HTK (O) variants of the SUV were launched in April.

The company has offered many great features in the Kia Sonet GTX variant. It has a 360-degree camera with blind view monitor, front ventilated seats, air purifier, auto headlamp, LED fog lamp, Android Auto, Apple Car Play, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, six airbags, a four-way electrically powered driver seat, 16-inch crystal cut alloy wheels.

The company offers the option of a 1.0 liter GDI Smart Stream 7DCT and a 1.5 liter CRDI VGT 6AT engine in this variant. The special thing is that the company has offered this variant only with automatic transmission, manual transmission has not been provided by Kia in it.

Safety has also been given a lot of attention in the Sonet GTX variant. It has safety features like ABS, EBD, ESS, BAS, ESC, HAC, VSM, front dual airbags, front side airbags, side curtain airbags, ISOFIX child anchor, all seat belt reminder, speed sensing auto door lock, rear parking sensor, front parking sensor, TPMS, disc brakes in all four wheels, Level-1 ADAS, FCW, LVDA.

The company has positioned the Sonet GTX variant between HTX+ and GTX+. The Sonet GTX variant has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 13.71 lakh.
