According to media reports, Kia is preparing to launch two more variants of its compact SUV Sonet. In which features like Sunroof can be offered. In this news, we are telling you which new variants the company can bring.

According to reports, Kia is preparing to launch two new variants of the Sonet SUV. The company can introduce these two new variants to increase the sales of Sonet in the compact SUV segment. According to the information, both these variants can be brought with the names HTE Optional and HTK Optional. The company can offer features like sunroof in these variants.

The company currently offers variants for HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X Line. There will be nine different versions of this SUV on the market once the new HTE (O) and HTK (O) variants arrive. The sunroof and other features are currently limited to HTK+ and higher variants. However, new versions may be released in response to the market's strong demand for this feature.

The base model of the Sonet SUV that the company offers is the HTE variant. This variant is priced at Rs 8 lakh ex-showroom. On the other hand, the HTK variant costs Rs 8.79 lakh ex-showroom. The price of these two models might go up by roughly Rs 50,000 if the new optional sunroof variants are introduced. But the price of these variants with sunroofs will be less than the price of HTK+.

Kia Sonet is offered as a compact SUV in the Indian market. This SUV competes directly with the Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV300.
