The 25-year-old son, who went missing after allegedly killing his father, was arrested by the Kerala Police from Bengaluru on Saturday. The incident came to light in Alappuzha when 55-year-old Suresh Kumar, who works in a coir factory, did not wake up from sleep on Wednesday morning.
According to Kumar's wife, he was found dead at his home in Alappuzha. Last night, there was a drunken fight between son Nikhil and his father. Please tell that Nikhil's marriage was to be held on August 28 and for that, the father had taken a loan.
Nikhil was reportedly missing since Wednesday morning, but the Alappuzha police launched a search and took him into custody from Bengaluru. According to the police, the wife had fractured one of her legs after which she used to lie on the bed and was unable to save her husband when a fight broke out between father and son. Nikhil will be produced before the local magistrate soon.
