Karishma Sawant Expresses Gratitude for Life-Altering Experience on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Karishma Sawant, known for her role as Aarohi, bids a heartfelt farewell to the long-running show, "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" (YRKKH), as it progresses towards its fourth generation, produced by Rajan Shahi's Directors Kut Production.

"Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has changed my life. I became an actor on the set, what else can I say? It gave me a career that I dreamt of," she states with gratitude.

Shooting the final segments of the show has been an emotional journey for the actress. "Well, I did not expect it to be emotional. I thought I would be fine, but I did end up getting emotional. Not only was I going to miss the offscreen bond, but also the characters. I will miss the world we created," she adds.

Reflecting on her experiences with the character of Aarohi, which garnered immense love from the audience, Karishma shares, "I will cherish the memories created with the entire team and that set which felt like home. I loved playing Aarohi. It started with some shades and how life changed her was phenomenal. She only lived for her daughter. It taught me that motherhood can change you for good."

The sibling bond between Akshara and Aarohi has been a focal point of discussion. Karishma comments on their relationship, saying, "Akshara and Aarohi’s relationship wasn’t easy but one thing was sure that deep down, family is family, and they always knew that and would have each other’s back in times of trouble."

"Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" stands as an iconic show that has positively impacted the lives of many. Karishma sends her best wishes to the new cast and crew.

As she embarks on a new chapter, Karishma's approach to future roles is clear, "I just want to give my best to whatever comes my way with all my heart as I always do," she concludes.
