Kareena Kapoor Khan broke silence on the name of her son 'Taimur' after years, told why she kept this name

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is in the news these days for her OTT film Jaane Jaan. This film will be released on the occasion of the actress's birthday. In such a situation, now Bebo is promoting the film vigorously. Meanwhile, the actress has revealed the name of her first son 'Taimur' in an interview.

Kareena Kapoor became a mother for the first time in the year 2016. The actress gave birth to a son Taimur Ali Khan. After the birth of their son, when Kareena and Saif Ali Khan announced the name, they were trolled for a long time. Now after years, Bebo has spoken openly on this.

She said in an interview given to Express Adda, that it still surprises me that in those days, trolls attacked us on social media, but I wonder why this was done, I did not want to offend anyone. I still don't understand it, because we didn't mean to hurt anyone. Kareena further said that Taimur means 'Iron Man' and Taimur was also a childhood friend of my husband Saif and Saif liked this name since then. He had thought that if he had a son, he would name him Taimur.

Kareena further said that this name was not in reference to any historical person. It has nothing to do with anything or anyone. She was shocked when the trolling started, however, she and Saif handled the matter quietly.

Kareena Kapoor will be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's thriller Jaane Jaan on the 21st. The book is based on The Devotion of Suspect Vijay Verma and Jaideep Ahlawat will also be seen in this film.
