Actress Kangana Ranaut will be seen in the Tamil film Chandramukhi 2. Which is a sequel to the 2005 classic horror comedy Chandramukhi. Kangana herself has given this information on her social media handle that she has been finalized for Chandramukhi 2. P Vasu will direct this film. On the other hand, Tamil actor Raghav Lawrence will be seen opposite Kangana, who is known for horror comedy films like Kanchana 1 and Kanchana 2 and Kanchana 3.
Rajinikanth and Jyothika Saravanan worked in the 2005 film Chandramukhi. Chandramukhi is a remake of the 2004 film Aptamitra, which itself is a remake of superstar Mohan Lal's Malayalam film Manichitrathju. Also, the character of Manjulika in Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan's starrer film Bhool Bhulaiyaa was also taken from Chandramukhi.
According to media reports, Kangana is going to start shooting for the film in the first week of December. After taking a little break from the work on the Emergency film, she will start the work on this film. In January, after the shooting of Emergency is over, Kangana will start shooting for the second schedule of Chandramukhi 2.
According to the news, Chandramukhi 2 will be produced by Lyca Films, who recently directed the biggest film of the year, PS1. Kangana is very excited about this film.
