His next chapter unfolded in Maputo, where he started afresh, building his grocery store empire from the ground up. The path was arduous, and tragedy struck when he received news of his father's passing in India. Amidst personal loss, Rizwan encountered fierce competitors who grew envious of his success and attempted to undermine his business by falsely accusing his staff of misconduct. Yet, through resilience and the support of his loyal colleagues, justice prevailed, reinforcing Rizwan's belief in the power of goodness and honesty.

Rizwan's relentless pursuit of growth led him to envision an expansive future, with his sights set on establishing stores throughout Mozambique. Fuelled by his unwavering determination, he achieved what seemed impossible, opening 22 stores across eight states in just three years. His unprecedented success allowed him to create his own brand, attracting admiration and establishing him as a Mozambique-based top entrepreneur.

As he celebrated his accomplishments, internal challenges arose when newly hired management members engaged in manipulative tactics to force him out of his own company.
