Jaipur Police conducts self-defence workshop at Jaipur's Manipal University

Jaipur: Furthering the cause of personal safety and empowerment among women, Jaipur Police has organised an extensive self-defence workshop for female students and faculty members at Manipal University Jaipur. 

The workshop held in the Sharada Pai Auditorium provided a bouquet of tools for enhancing confidence and personal security. The expert trainers of the Jaipur Police trained them in their basic self-defense techniques, more so on how to apply them in real life. There were practical skills taught in the training to protect themselves from potential threats, while at the same time being afraid of any crisis situation. 

This session also included a very important training in situational awareness that is very necessary to recognize and try to avoid a dangerous situation before it becomes worse.
