In Jaipur, a case of threatening the murderer on a WhatsApp message has come to light from the jail. Messaged and wrote- 'Gabbar has come, you will have to pay, now you will give 50 lakhs'. It is alleged that this message was sent by the accused who kidnapped and murdered his elder brother. The victim lodged a report at Karni Vihar police station. On the complaint of the victim, the police took immediate action and arrested the murderer who had threatened him from jail. The police produced the accused in court and sent him to Jesse.
ASI Ashok Singh said that Ashish Das (25), a resident of Hirapura Karni Vihar, got the report lodged. On November 26, 2014, his elder brother Vishal Das was kidnapped and murdered. Elder brother Vishal Das was murdered by Rahul Goyal, Shobhit Joshi, and Vikash Sharma. Karni Vihar police station arrested all three and sent them to JC. All three were convicted in the kidnapping and murder case. The WhatsApp message came on May 9 at 1:53 pm. It was written in the message- 'Gabbar has come, earlier we did not have to give money, but now we will have to give'. Earlier we had asked for 40 lakhs, now we will give 50 lakhs. You guys have ruined our lives. Now it's your turn.' A WhatsApp call came from the same mobile number at around 2:15 pm.
The caller said- 'I don't know who sent this message' and disconnected the call. Shobhit Joshi's profile photo (DP) on WhatsApp is attached. Who is accused of the murder of elder brother Vishal Das? After receiving the threat, an atmosphere of fear has been created in the family. The victim lodged a report at Karni Vihar police station. It was told in the complaint that there is every possibility of kidnapping and killing the accused Shobhit Joshi and all his family members. Due to this the life of the whole family is in danger. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered an FIR. On the basis of the police mobile number, started looking for the person who threatened them. In the police investigation, messaging for extortion of Shobhit Joshi, who was serving the sentence of murder in Sanganer Open Jail, came to the fore. On coming to know of the police complaint, the accused Shobhit fled from the jail. The police took immediate action and arrested the murderer who threatened and asked for money and sent him to jail.
