Actress and Producer Iti Acharya, renowned for her exceptional work in Hollywood albums such as "Love Her Too Much" and several South Indian language films including "Kavacha," "Kerala Today," and more, recently graced the prestigious IFFI 2023 in Goa, sharing her joyous experience with fans. Based in Jaipur, Iti Acharya, also the Cultural Ambassador for the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, expressed her elation for all the right reasons after attending 'The International Film Festival of India' (IFFI), a venerable film festival since its establishment in 1952.
Reflecting on her experience at IFFI 2023, Iti Acharya enthused, "I had a splendid time this year at IFFI. Witnessing Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones up close was delightful and evoked a Cannes-like atmosphere. Seeing prominent figures from the South Film industry like Rishabh Shetty, Vijay Sethupathi, Naga Chaitanya, and Vijaya Raghavendra fills me with pride. As someone deeply passionate about cinema, I make it a point to attend film festivals whenever my schedule permits. I attended last year as well, and this time was equally fantastic.
The opportunity to hear insights from industry stalwarts through various panel discussions and fireside chats is invaluable. Additionally, exposure to exceptional films enhances one's learning as an artist. Not only do you refine your craft, but as a producer, you also gain insights into the business side by engaging with professionals from different corners of the world. I truly cherished my time at IFFI this year."
