The Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C), an agency working under the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, can start an investigation against Telegram in India.
Most scams and privacy happen on Telegram. In India, it is being used for the privacy of films, web series, and OTT content. Apart from this, Telegram's name is included in all the online scams that are happening.
