iPhone Hacking: Apple will have to answer in the hacking case, IT Ministry demands evidence from the company

The central government is now demanding answers from Apple in the iPhone hacking case. The IT Ministry has asked Apple a question as to how can come to the conclusion that iPhone hacking is state-sponsored. The government has also demanded evidence from the iPhone manufacturing company regarding this hacking.

Actually, the Ministry of Electronics and IT sent a notice to iPhone maker Apple on Thursday.

Along with this notice, the ministry has sought evidence from the company regarding the iPhone attack. The IT Ministry has asked Apple to respond immediately in this matter.

Now CERT-In (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) has also started its investigation into this matter of iPhone hacking. IT Secretary S Krishnan said on Thursday that he hoped the company would cooperate with CERT-In's investigation into the matter.

In fact, last Tuesday, some people from opposition parties were sent an alert by Apple that their iPhones were hacked.

In this alert, the company informed iPhone users that an attempt was being made to hack their devices. Not only this, in this alert of Apple, this hacking attack was also said to be state-sponsored.

Apple had sent such an alert to some of its iPhone users about their data being stolen. However, Apple's reply on this matter came out only on Tuesday.

Apple had said that such an alert sent by the company could be due to some kind of flaw in the system. Along with this, it was revealed that this type of alert was sent by Apple to about 150 countries.
