In the first innings, India scored 428 runs with the help of half-centuries from Shubha, Jemimah, Bhatia, and Deepti. In response, the England team was reduced to 136 runs. India declared its second innings over at the score of 186/6. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur remained unbeaten on 44 runs in 67 balls and Pooja Vastrakar remained unbeaten on 17 runs in 41 balls. Both scored 53 runs for the seventh wicket partnership.
