The only test match between India and England women's cricket team is being played at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. The Indian women's team, playing a Test match after almost two years, has scored 428 runs in 104.3 overs in the first innings. On the second day of the test match, the Indian team could only add 18 runs and lost the remaining three wickets.

From 421/8, India lost the wickets of Renuka Singh (1) and Rajeshwari Gaukwad (0) for seven runs. Vastrakar remained unbeaten after scoring 10 runs in 45 balls. India has to bowl 87 overs on Friday and hope that it will be successful in putting pressure on England. Sophie Eccleston (3-91) took the last two Indian wickets. While Bell was the most successful among England's bowlers with (3-67).
