The trend of foreign institutional investors is also increasing continuously towards the Indian market. According to data from the National Securities Depository Limited, foreign institutional investment inflows stood at Rs 45,286 crore in June this year, the highest in the last 10 months.
According to Ashutosh Bishnoi, former CEO of Mahindra Mutual, the valuation of mid-caps is very high right now, so there are more opportunities in small-caps of all sectors. However, investors need to be careful while choosing equity.
Investors should consult their fund managers in this regard. Broadly speaking, companies with a market capitalization of less than 5000 crores are called small caps. To earn without any risk, salaried investors can top-up Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) instead of investing lump sum money.
According to experts, if America increases the federal interest rate again to improve its economic condition, then definitely foreign investors will leave the Indian market, which can affect the market.
