The company will use the money raised through the IPO for the purchase of new drones, capital expenditure, and for meeting general corporate objectives.
Narnolia Financial Services Limited has been appointed as the Lead Manager for the issue. Apart from this, the advisors of this company's IPO will be Longview Research & Advisory and PLS Capital Consultants Private Limited.
The company's revenue for the year ending FY 2022-23 was Rs 12.07 crore. With this, the net profit was recorded at Rs 2.44 crore.
