According to Jagran, Hyundai is preparing to bring the electric version of Creta soon. Before which the company is testing it. During testing, it has recently been seen on the roads of Hyderabad.

According to the information received from the reports, the design of the Hyundai Creta EV is similar to its ICE version. But due to being electric, some changes can be made in it, which can be seen in the front grill, alloy wheels.

Though the company has not given any official information regarding the launch of Hyundai Creta EV, it has been reported that the Hyundai Creta EV can be introduced in the Indian market by next year. It is expected that Hyundai will introduce it in Bharat Mobility going to be held in January.

In this SUV, Hyundai can give two battery options. Of these, after charging fully, the range of the battery with less capacity can be drawn around 450 km and the more powerful battery can give a range of more than 500 km.

All features provided in the ICE variants of Creta will be provided in the electric Creta. These include features like a panoramic sunroof, digital instrument cluster, front ventilated seats, wireless charger, traction control modes, cruise control, keyless entry, rear AC vent, LED lights, 10.25-inch infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple Car Play, 17-inch alloy wheels, six airbags, ABS, EBD, VSM, Hill Hold Assist, TPMS, ESS.

When Hyundai launches the electric variant of Creta, this model will go head-on in the market with EVs like Tata Curvv EV, Mahindra XUV 400, and BYD Atto3.

As of now, speculations are being carried upon this, but at the time of launch, Hyundai Creta EV can be brought at an ex-showroom price of around Rs 20 lakh.
