A case of murder of a hotel manager has come to light in Hyderabad. Unknown assailants shot the hotel manager several times and killed him. The attackers fled after the incident. In Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, the morale of miscreants seems to be high. The general manager of a restaurant in the capital has been shot dead. According to the news agency, the incident of murder took place in Madinaguda under Miyapur police station limits.
The police have also given information about the incident. The police officer said that 35-year-old Devendra Gyan, the deceased, was in the post of general manager in a restaurant. On Wednesday night he was returning home from the hotel on his bike. Meanwhile, unknown assailants shot Devendra several times one by one.
Police said that Devendra was badly injured in the firing. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, but he died. Police said that the killer had fired 6 rounds at Devendra from a country-made pistol. The accused absconded after the incident. The deceased Devendra was a resident of Kolkata.
The police have registered a case of murder and started investigating the matter. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the murder could be related to old enmity. The police have formed a special team to nab the attackers. The police team is scanning the CCTV footage to identify the criminals.
ACP Narasimha Rao has visited the spot after the incident. He said that efforts are being made to nab the attackers.
