There has been an uproar after the latest video of famous YouTuber and social media influencer Kamya Jani appeared on YouTube. Bharatiya Janata Party and Odisha's ruling BJD have protested against him and demanded his arrest. YouTuber Kamya Jani recently shot a video on her YouTube channel 'Curly Tales' by visiting the famous 12th-century Jagannath temple. After which their protest has started. BJP says how was a woman promoting beef allowed inside Jagannath temple. Not only this, BJP has also demanded his arrest.

Odisha BJP general secretary Jayant Mohanty said, 'A video has surfaced of BJD leader VK Pandian tasting 'Mahaprasad' at Puri Jagannath temple with YouTuber Kamya Jani. Earlier, YouTuber Jani had posted a video of him eating beef. There is a ban on the entry of meat eaters into Shri Jagannath Temple. We should register a case against them under IPC section 295 (outraging the religious sentiments of any community). If he is not arrested then we will approach the court.

Jani has shown the culture of Shri Jagannath Temple in the video. Apart from this, officer-turned-politician VK Pandian is shown explaining the importance of Mahaprasad, information related to the ongoing Heritage Corridor Project and the development of the temple. After this video surfaced, the BJP protested and asked who was permitted to use cameras inside the temple? Whereas the entry of cameras is banned by the Jannath Temple administration.

After the controversy started regarding this issue, YouTuber Jani has clarified. He said in a post on the social media platform Instagram, 'Being an Indian, my mission is to spread Indian culture and heritage across the world. I have visited all the Jyotirlingas and Char Dhams of India and it is a matter of great fortune. I woke up to this strange article in the newspaper in which my visit to Jagannath temple had been questioned. Not that anyone has contacted me, but I just want to clarify that I do not eat beef and have never eaten beef. Jai Jagannath."

At the same time, after the uproar, the Shri Jagannath Temple Administration issued its statement. The temple administration wrote on Twitter, "The allegation made by a political party about a YouTube influencer carrying a camera inside the temple premises is completely baseless. There is no truth in it. If anyone has any evidence, they can present it." Do it.” “It will be investigated and necessary action will be taken.”
