Holidays on the beach proved to be very costly, two young women died due to drowning; two companions still missing
Two youths died due to drowning in the sea in Bapatla district of Andhra Pradesh. Two other companions are missing. The accident took place on Ramapuram Beach in the coastal district of Bapatla. All the youths were residents of the Eluru district and had come here to celebrate holidays. The age of all was between 21 to 23 years. Police are searching for the two missing youths.
Two people lost their lives in a tragic accident in Bapatla district of Andhra Pradesh. Actually, two people drowned and two others went missing on Friday at Ramapuram Beach in the district. It is being told that all four youths had reached the beach to celebrate the holidays. According to the police, the bodies of two youths named Teja (21) and Kishore (22) have been found, while Nitin (22) and Amul Raju (23) are missing.
Prasad, the Chirala Deputy Superintendent of Police, stated that all of the teenagers were from Pedavegi village in the Eluru District. Four Pedavegi village youngsters had gone to Rampuram beach in Bapatla district to celebrate their holidays. Four people fell into deep water while bathing in the sea. Two of their bodies have been recovered, and another two are being searched.
On January 26, 2022, the Andhra Pradesh government separated Guntur into three districts. The Bapatla district was formed by combining 12 mandals from the Tenali division and 13 from the Prakasam district. Guntur to the north and the Bay of Bengal to the south form the district's border. It shares a western border with the districts of Palnadu / Narasaraopet and Prakasam. The western delta of the Krishna River lies in the east.
