Sanatan Dharma Raksha Sangh Ajmer, Rajasthan has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India and requested not to send a chaadar of devotion to the 813th annual Urs of the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti in Ajmer this time.

Like every year, a chaadar is sent to the Dargah of Khwaja Chishti on Urs on behalf of the Prime Minister. This year, the Dargah Sankat Mochan Mahadev Temple dispute is pending in Ajmer court. In such a situation, if the Prime Minister sends a chaadar, then the general public will feel that Prime Minister Modi confirms the disputed place to be a dargah, which can be an obstacle in the judicial process.

Former judge and President of the Defence Association Ajay Sharma said that in cases when a case is pending in the court and the departments of the Central Government are parties, in such situation, the Prime Minister should not take any action in the disputed case which may obstruct the judicial process or affect its decision.

Apart from this, the letter has demanded the identification of Bangladeshi Rohingyas currently settled in the Dargah area and take action against them. In the letter sent to the PM, a demand has also been made to register a case against all those who have spoken baseless things and things that spread communal riots in spoiled the harmonious atmosphere of Ajmer.

One more person died on Saturday in a collision between an LPG tanker and a trailer in Bhankrota, the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur last week. The death toll has gone up to 20. Presently, eight people are admitted to Sawai Mansingh Hospital, whose treatment is going on. All of them have suffered 50 percent burns. Ajmer resident Salim died on Saturday. After the postmortem, Salim's body was handed over to his relatives.

Meanwhile, the Central Transport Ministry has removed the regional officer of National Highway Authority, Dinesh Chaturvedi, late on Friday evening. He has been transferred to Delhi. Abdul Basil has been appointed in his place. On the other hand, the committee formed by Jaipur District Collector Jitendra Soni to investigate the incident, after consulting experts, had suggested increasing the width of the road at the U-turn.
