Hero's stylish bike's single-piece seat version of Xtreme 125R launched, know the features

Hero MotoCorp has recently introduced the single-piece seat version of Xtreme 125R in India. Its ex-showroom price is the same as the split seat ABS version. Hero's premium computer bike has been equipped with single channel ABS with the disc brake. Besides this, nothing has been changed in the bike by the company.

All the above features have been carried forward in the single-piece seat of the Xtreme 125R as well. Having a hyper-style look, the new Hero Xtreme 125R has been bestowed with an aggressive, sporty as well as razor-sharp appearance. Sporty tank extension, all LED lights, front disc break etc are featured on the motorcycle. An LCD unit with digital console is fit on this motorcycle.

It features angular tank extension, narrow tail section, and compact exhaust making its styling sporty in nature. It is seen in 3 colors - Cobalt Blue, Firestorm Red and Stallion Black.

The Hero Extreme 125R is built on a diamond type frame and has a box-section swingarm. For comfortable riding, the bike gets conventional telescopic forks suspension at the front and 7-step adjustable hydraulic monoshock absorber at the rear.

Talking about braking, its base model has a 240mm front disc brake with Combined Braking System (CBS), while the split-seat and new single-piece seat ABS version get 276mm front disc brakes with single channel ABS, while all variants have 130mm drum brakes on the rear side.

The bike's seat height is 794 mm and its ground clearance is 180mm. Its curb weight is 136kg. The Hero Extreme 125R has a 124.7cc air-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder engine, which generates 11.39ps of power at 8250 RPM and 10.5Nm of torque at 6000 RPM.

It has a 5-speed gearbox for transmission. The company claims that the bike can achieve a speed of 0-60kmph in just 5.9 seconds and its ARAI-certified mileage is 66 kmpl.
