Karizma is offered by Hero MotoCorp as a premium segment bike. A very special edition of this bike of the company is being brought soon. The company is bringing it as a centennial collector's edition. Many big changes have been made compared to the normal Karizma. The company is bringing this edition in honor of its founder chairman Dr. Brijmohan Lal Munjal.
Its most prominent feature is that it has been made only by taking inspiration from the existing Karizma. Apart from this, costly and unique parts have been used in this bike. The design of the bike has been given with semi-fairing like Karizma. But it has carbon fiber, a hydro-formed single tube handle bar, a milled aluminum swing arm, a fully adjustable suspension, as well an Akrapovic exhaust. This new bike, with the use of carbon fiber, has considerably come down in weight, and it works much more beings than a normal Karizma. It runs in grey and red color with a dual disc brakes carabinieri variant.
Only cosmetic changes have been made in this special edition of Karizma. Information about its engine has not been given on the website. But it is expected that the 210 cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine of the current Karizma has been used in it. Due to this, the bike will get 25 bhp and 20 Newton-meter torque.
Only 100 units of this bike will be made by Hero MotoCorp. It will not be offered in normal showrooms. Rather the company will auction these special units. Only the employees, shareholders, business partners and associates of the company will be able to participate in this auction. The company will deliver the bike to those 100 customers who will place the highest bid. Its delivery will also be started by the company from September 2024.
