Heat Wave: July broke the record of 143 years, the hottest month since 1880; NASA warned

The US space agency NASA reported that July was the warmest month since 1880. Let us tell you that this year many cities in America and Europe were in the grip of heat waves and forest fires. Even in America this year the heat broke all the records.

July 2023 was found to be hotter than any other month in the global temperature record, according to scientists at NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) in New York.

According to information, July 2023 was 0.24°C warmer than any other month in NASA's records. This temperature was 1.18 °C higher than the average July between 1951 and 1980.

Explain that one of the reasons for the increase in temperature was the sea surface temperature. NASA has said in its analysis that warm sea surface temperatures in the eastern tropical Pacific began to rise in May 2023, which is the effect of El Nino.

NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said the data reflected what billions of people around the world really felt. The temperature in July 2023 broke all records making it the hottest month ever. Americans are clearly feeling the effects of the climate crisis.

According to the report, parts of South America, North Africa, North America, and the Antarctic Peninsula were particularly warm, with temperatures rising nearly 4 degrees Celsius above average. In total, this extreme heat affected millions of people, causing illness and death in the hundreds.

NASA scientist Katherine Calvin said climate change is taking its toll on people and ecosystems around the world. Gavin Schmidt, director of the Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS), said July 2023 was the warmest month recorded since 1880.
