The US Federal Court has accused the Palestine organization Hamas of carrying out terrorist attacks in Israel. The names of six leaders including Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar and political leader Ismail Haniya have come to the fore in the charge sheet filed in the Federal Court regarding the attacks. Ismail was recently murdered in Tehran.

In the charge sheet filed in the court on February 1, six accused are accused of carrying out terrorist attacks and assisting in the attacks. It has been asked to arrest the accused. US Attorney General Merrick Garland said that the charges are just a part of exposing every aspect of every activity of Hamas. Our action will continue till the end. In the charge sheet, Yahya Sinwar and other Hamas leaders have been accused of carrying out mass violence and terrorist attacks for decades.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas attacked Israel's areas, breaking its impenetrable security system. About 1200 Israelis were killed in this attack and more than 5000 people were injured. During this, Hamas fighters took about 250 people hostage to Gaza. Many of these hostages have been freed while 101 people are still hostage in Gaza.

At the same time, according to the claim, more than 40,000 Palestinians have died in Israel's retaliatory attacks. According to United Nations data, out of 24 lakh people in Gaza, more than 20 lakh have been displaced from their homes, half of them are children. After the attack on October 7, 2023, Israel had resolved to wipe out Hamas. For this, the Israeli army carried out air and ground attacks in Gaza.

In this way, a bloody war has been going on between Hamas and Israel for the last 11 months. However, with the efforts of many countries, there have been talks between the two sides about a ceasefire, but a final decision has not been taken yet.
