The US Federal Court has accused the Palestine organization Hamas of carrying out terrorist attacks in Israel. The names of six leaders including Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar and political leader Ismail Haniya have come to the fore in the charge sheet filed in the Federal Court regarding the attacks. Ismail was recently murdered in Tehran.
In the charge sheet filed in the court on February 1, six accused are accused of carrying out terrorist attacks and assisting in the attacks. It has been asked to arrest the accused. US Attorney General Merrick Garland said that the charges are just a part of exposing every aspect of every activity of Hamas. Our action will continue till the end. In the charge sheet, Yahya Sinwar and other Hamas leaders have been accused of carrying out mass violence and terrorist attacks for decades.
