Actually, the CM of Delhi was going from his hotel to an auto driver's auto and going to his house for dinner. Then the police stopped them.

Your protocol has kept the public unhappy. Kejriwal is repeatedly saying that he does not need police protection. However, after this Kejriwal was let go.
Kejriwal addressed a gathering of auto-rickshaw drivers in Ahmedabad on Monday. During this, a driver requested him to have dinner at his house, which Kejriwal accepted immediately. A video of their conversation has also been shared on the party's official Twitter handle.
In the video, the auto driver is seen inviting Kejriwal for dinner. He said- Sir my name is Vikram Dattani and I am your big fan. I saw a video on social media in which you are having dinner at an auto driver's house in Punjab. He asked that I am Gujarati, will you come to my house for dinner too?'
Kejriwal said that he will definitely come. Went to the house of an auto dealer in Punjab. Love the auto wala of Punjab. Also love the auto people of Gujarat. He smiled and asked the driver - what time should we come? Also said that you will come on one condition that you will come to my hotel tonight to pick me up in your auto. I will also be accompanied by two party colleagues Gopal and Isudan for dinner. After this, the time for dinner was fixed at 8 o'clock.
Kejriwal also listened to the problems of auto-rickshaw drivers. Also requested him to help AAP get victory in Gujarat just as he helped his party in Delhi. Kejriwal is on a two-day visit to Gujarat.
Elections are due in Gujarat by the end of this year. AAP is preparing to make its hold in the state. He has visited Gujarat several times in the last few months. During this, Kejriwal has made several announcements including allowances for women and unemployed youth, quality health care and education, and free electricity for up to 300 units.
