The Rajasthan government filed a complaint to the Supreme Court to cancel his notorious cow smuggler status. The government claims that given that Nazim Khan is a habitual offender and there is an ongoing case against him, so his bail should be canceled.

It is pertinent to mention that arrested from Karauli in the year 2021, he got bail from the Supreme Court a few days ago and is still out on bail. While applying in the case, the government said that the accused is a habitual offender and many cases are already registered against him, so he should not be granted bail.

In 2021, Nazim and his associates were arrested by the Rajasthan Police on accusations of cow smuggling. It was stated that Nazim went to Uttar Pradesh with a total of 26 cattle and he, along with his associates, was caught on the way.
