The Bank has launched an Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG) service in association with National e-Governance Services Limited. The purpose of this service is to reduce paperwork. The bank has given a statement that it will now take less time to work. Earlier the work which used to take 3 to 4 days to do will now be completed in a few minutes.
Along with this, this facility will replace the physical stamp paper and physical signatures of the customers with digital stamping and e-signing. This means that now the whole process will go digital.
The bank has also simplified the loan process for the customer to make the business successful. Now with this, the customer can easily avail of end-to-end digital service.
The bank has also launched a digital vehicle loan. With this, the customer will get the loan easily as well as his dream of owning a vehicle will also be fulfilled. Customers can avail loans up to Rs 25 lakh from this product. The bank's Managing Director and CEO SL Jain launched the digital services in the presence of senior officials at an event held in Chennai recently.
