Google releases Google Drive's new update, i.e. new video player with fast-forward
Google Drive: Google has recently informed about this new feature of Google Drive in a blog post. It includes a new layout and modern design. Users can now forward or rewind the video in 15-second intervals through the new button.
Google has launched a new feature of Google Drive which is a new video player. After this new update, any video can be fast-forwarded in Google Drive. A new button has also been released for video forward.
Recently, Google announced this new feature in a blog post regarding Google Drive. This new feature comes with a modern design and layout. Now, a new button appears along with the play/ pause button that may be used to forward or rewind the video in 15-second intervals. Other than this, playback speed and captions can also easily be changed without going into the settings of the media player.
The company says it allows users to use Google Vids, the upcoming video editor, while Gemini uses LLMO or a large language model. The new video player is starting to roll out to Rapid Release domains and might take as long as 15 days to make its appearance in everybody's account says Google.
It was scheduled to be released to domain accounts starting November 18. The feature would appear within up to 3 days after rollout. It would be available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and users of personal Google accounts.
