Google's parent company Alphabet is preparing to buy cyber security startup Wiz. The company is ready to do this deal for $ 23 billion. If the deal is completed, then this will be Alphabet's biggest purchase till date. According to a report, this deal has reached its final stage. This purchase of Alphabet can be approved in the coming days.

According to a Reuters report, this deal with Alphabet is going to be completed soon. Wiz cyber security startup was started in Israel, but at present it is a New York-based company. The business of this company is expanding rapidly. The services of this company, which provides cloud-based cyber security services, are used to detect and respond to threats in real-time. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used in this. In 2023, Wiz earned around $350 million.

The goal of Alphabet's acquisition of Wiz is to improve its cyber security services. This is being done to concentrate on this. Alphabet's transaction is unique in a number of respects. Under President Joe Biden's leadership, the US government is placing a greater emphasis on large technology corporations than previously. Wiz, a startup company, has already formed partnerships with major cloud service providers such as Microsoft and Amazon.

Its clientele includes prominent corporations such as Morgan Stanley and DocuSign. Wiz employs around 900 employees in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Israel. There are also plans to add 400 new personnel this year.

However, the company could not do anything special with it and after some time it was sold for just 2.91 billion dollars.
