Fraud of 100 crores from 80 doctors

In the matter of providing loans of lakhs of rupees to government doctors by forming an organized gang, the banks which gave loans of lakhs of rupees to government doctors, gave loans to those doctors without full information.
A bank officer was appointed to verify the loan, the accused used to give him some percentage of the loan amount. Because of this, bank officials used to sanction loans without calling the doctors to the bank.
This information came to the fore during the interrogation of the accused Dr. Ramlakhan Disania and his female friend Neha Jain by the Sanganer police station. The police arrested both the accused on Tuesday.
They are on remand for three days. Accused Neha Jain was a student of SMS Nursing College. It was during her studies that she came in contact with Dr. Ramlakhan Disania. After this, Amit Sharma was also organized along with him.
ACP Ram Singh said that because the accused Dr. Ramlakhan Disania was a doctor, the government doctors trusted him.
Taking advantage of this, the accused lured the doctors with a profit of ten thousand to one lakh rupees per month by investing the loan amount in the business run by them after getting them loans.
The accused tricked the doctors into becoming a firm by investing in pharma, mining, and property. Apart from this, he was also tempted to get expensive cars like iPhone, Audi, and BMW at low interest.
The doctors told the police that bank officials used to sanction loans to government doctors quickly. That's why they trapped only government doctors by luring them. They have cheated about 80 doctors of crores of rupees but till now only 25 cases have been registered. Now other victims of fraud doctors are also contacting the police.
