During this, he said, 'We are taking the threat of China's military seriously. We have a feeling that 2027 will be the year when we may be attacked. Taiwan is preparing for this fight.
He also said that only countries with the same ideology as him would be able to save Taiwan from China's attack. Here by ideology like his own, he means Britain and America. Who has been giving military aid to Taiwan?
This statement from Taiwan's Foreign Minister has come when Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said on Friday that those who are playing with fire in the matter of Taiwan will burn themselves. He further said that China would never accept anything that would compromise its security and sovereignty.
At the same time, before Taiwan's foreign minister, US Intelligence CIA Director William Byrne also claimed that Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered the country's army to be ready to occupy Taiwan by 2027.
