Famous poet Pablo Neruda was murdered by poisoning
Famous poet Pablo Neruda was murdered by poisoning: 30 years after his death, the report of scientists revealed, the investigation lasted for 10 years
When Nobel laureate and famous poet Pablo Neruda died in 1973, the cause was said to be cancer. After 30 years of that, now International Forensic Experts have made a shocking claim. On Wednesday, forensic experts from three countries Canada, Denmark and Chile said that Pablo Neruda died not of cancer but of poisoning.
He has spent almost 10 years of investigation to reach this conclusion. This report has been handed over to the Chilean judge. It has been told that a poisonous type of bacteria has been found in Neruda's body. Which does not naturally exist in anybody. It was in his body before he died.
Chilean judge Paola Plaza told reporters in Santiago that she had not yet seen the report. He said- The report submitted by the scientists is very long and it is not possible for me to read it so quickly.
At the same time, when he was asked whether the case of Pablo Neruda's death would be reopened after the report. So he refused to answer. At the same time, on the basis of this report, the relatives of Neruda want to start the case related to his death again.
In 1973, when the coup took place in Chile, Pablo Neruda was hospitalized. He told his driver that day that he wanted to leave the country and go to Mexico. Saying this, Neruda sent the driver from home to meet him. But he died 5 hours before leaving the country. Neruda's nephew, Rodolphe Reyes, believes that he was murdered.
Neruda was a Chilean parliamentarian, diplomat, and Nobel Prize-winning poet. He is considered one of the greatest poets of Latin America. In the 1970s he was the main spokesman of the Chilean leftist movement. Pablo was born on July 12, 1904, in Paaral, a small agricultural community in southern Chile.
He grew up there. His mother, a schoolteacher, died shortly after he was born; His father was a railway employee. He did not like Neruda's interest in literature at all. Despite this, Neruda started writing poetry at the age of 13. Neruda held several diplomatic posts in countries including Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and France.
Pablo Neruda, a lifelong member of the Chilean Communist Party, openly opposed Gabriel González Videla, the president of Chile between 1946 and 1952. Due to this, he was expelled from the country for four years. After this, when he returned to Chile again in 1952, he staunchly supported the Chilean socialist leader Salvador Allende. Both had become good friends. In 1970, he was elected to become the President of Chile. But he gave his place to his friend Salvador Allende.
However, the government did not last long and in 1973, the military overthrew a coup. Army officers were selectively killing the communists. Thousands of supporters of the government were being illegally lodged in jails. Meanwhile, Salvador committed suicide. Pablo Neruda died two weeks after Salvador's suicide. At that time the army had killed many by giving poison. Suspicion was also raised on the death of Pablo. Due to this, the investigation of the case is still going on.
