Sirohi News: Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Sunil Kumar Mahala said that under the Amrit Station Scheme, the work of redevelopment of Falna station is going on at a cost of Rs 17.6 crore. Finishing work like painting, and lighting is being done in the building.
The railway administration is working on a variety of projects to ensure that passengers travel smoothly and comfortably. Under the Amrit Station Scheme, work is being done to develop Rajasthan's major stations. Given the importance and passenger capacity of Falna station, the railways are undertaking numerous projects to improve passenger facilities. Preparations have been made to work in a planned manner, taking into account future conditions, in order to better implement smooth rail facilities at Falna station.
In this sequence, Falna station is being developed under 'Amrit Station' for Rs 17.6 crore keeping in mind the upcoming requirements. In which modernity has been incorporated. The station building has been improved, in which various types of passenger facilities will be developed. The railways aim to provide a special experience to the passengers visiting the station through better facilities.

In this episode, the work of the station building is in the final stage of the redevelopment work going on for Rs 17.6 crore under the Amrit Station Scheme at Falna station. Under which finishing work in the building like painting, lighting, and furnishing-related work is going on.
The work of platform shelter on platforms one and two has been completed. The progress of the works under the Amrit Station Scheme is being reviewed at the top level. Divisional Railway Manager Alok Agarwal himself is visiting various selected stations of the division and inspecting the progress of the works going on under the Amrit Station Scheme. As a result of coordination between the Gati Shakti Unit and other departments of the division, redevelopment-related work is going on at a rapid pace at the stations.
It is noteworthy that under the redevelopment of Falna station, the development of a circulating area with a landscape, separate entry, and exit gates, separate parking facilities for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and auto rickshaws, construction of an entrance hall in the sufficient area as per passenger capacity, coach indication to know the correct position of the coach on the platform, provision of the board, advanced and better waiting room facility, excellent decoration in the internal and external parts of the station building, provision of new platform shelter, facility of toilets and water booths for the convenience of Divyangjan, better signage facility, provision of hoardings and monumental flags, arrangement of advanced and better furniture at the station, provision of the 12-meter wide foot over bridge to go from one platform to another, provision of lift, provision of the retiring room are included.
