Factory warehouse broken by installing JCB itself: JDA had given notice to 3 warehouses of illegal liquor and a factory yesterday
Even before JDA's action on 3 illegal liquor godowns and a factory built in the Sanganer area of Jaipur, their owners themselves got bulldozers fired on them. The JDA had given notice to them a day earlier and asked them to submit their reply by January 28. In such a situation, even before presenting the answer today, all of them at their level got these godowns and factories demolished.
On January 22, the CST team of the Police Commissionerate exposed these illegal liquor factories and godowns while taking major action. After this, the Director General of Police instructed the JDA to take action to demolish these godowns and factories. After this, JDA, taking cognizance of this matter, issued a notice under Section 32 on January 26 in the name of the owners of all these godowns and factories.
JDA's Chief Enforcement Controller Raghuveer Saini told that after the case of the illegal factory and godown operation came to light, Ganesh Narayan Yadav was arrested at Shikarpura Road Tehsil Sanganer, Gyarsi Lal Regar Plot no. 103 Triveni Nagar Shivdaspura Bada Padampura Road, Rahul Kataria Plot No. 41 Vaishno Farm, Village Gwar Brahmanan, Tehsil Sanganer and Badrinarayan Sharma Plot no. Notice was issued to 40 Vasundhara Vihar, Vatika Road Tehsil Sanganer.
All these building owners were given time to reply by 5 pm on January 28. Today all the illegal constructions were demolished by their own owners using bulldozers. His report was presented in JDA this evening.

Considering the prima facie accused in this case, the administration had suspended 5 CIs. In this, three CIs were posted in the Excise Department, in which Chaksu Excise Inspector Vidyakumari, Sanganer Excise Inspector Pradeep Kumar and Excise Prevention Team South in-charge Kishan Singh were suspended. The same police commissioner had suspended Sanganer Sadar CI Brijmohan Kavia and Shivdaspura CI Mangilal Vishnoi.
