Mumbai: Exicom Tele-Systems Limited (ETSL) is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) for equity shares on February 27, 2024. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares, raising up to INR 3,290 million (329 crores) ("Fresh Issue"), along with an offer for sale of up to 7,042,200 equity shares.
The price band for the offer has been fixed at INR 135 to 142 per equity share. The minimum bid lot is 100 equity shares and in multiples of 100 thereafter.
The anchor investor bidding date is set for Monday, January 26, 2024. The subscription for bidding/offers will open on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and close on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
