ETPL starts from July 15, 6 teams will compete, special connection with Abhishek Bachchan

The European T20 Premier League starts on July 15 and will last until August 3. It will be played by 3 countries with 6 teams. There will be a total of 33 league matches. The league will be hosted for the first time in Dublin and Rotterdam. Abhishek Bachchan is the co-founder and promoter of this league. He is a renowned Bollywood star.

Abhishek Bachchan has arrived in Dublin and was warmly welcomed. He was there to promote the European T20 Premier League (ETPL). ETPL is a T20 franchise league that has been sanctioned by ICC. It is meant to create a unique partnership between Ireland, Scotland, and the Netherlands and to lure top-class cricketers across the globe. ETPL will host top-class cricketers from different cricket-playing nations and re-establish itself as a world-class tournament on the international T20 calendar.

He also visited the Indian Embassy in Dublin, where he was welcomed by India's Ambassador to Ireland, Akhilesh Mishra. Abhishek Bachchan, ETPL co-owners Priyanka Kaul, and Saurav Banerjee were honored with the traditional shamrock presentation by Cricket Ireland CEO Warren Deutrom and Irish cricket legend Kevin O'Brien.
