Interactive Voice Response Services (IVRS) is a technology in which users interact with a computer-operated telephone system. This technology is available 24x7. In this technique, users ask their questions, which are answered or solved by the computer.
To facilitate the users, UIDAI has also launched an AI-based chatbot. Its name is Aadhaar Mitra. In this, you can easily find much information like Aadhaar Enrolment/Update, Nearby Aadhaar Center, etc. Along with this, you can also register your complaint on this.
