Google Search is the Internet's most widely used search engine. The business is constantly adding new features for the customers. Artificial intelligence (AI) and its search engine have been combined by Google. Users who prefer not to see AI-generated content in their search results now have access to a new filter from the company. We call this filter Web.

Google's original goal when it was founded was to maintain a very basic search engine. The company aimed to give users, through any search term, direct access to the exact website and related links. The company has now enhanced the search results with numerous layers.

For example – Shopping, News, Photos, and many other layers are visible to the users. Along with this, the company has also added the latest AI Overviews. Due to this, the website links are now at the bottom of the search results.

Google believes that the AI Overviews feature may spoil the search experience of some users. For such users, Google has added a WEB filter in the search results. That is, this feature has been introduced for those users who do not want AI-generated content in search results.

Google also says that mobile users will not need to tap on the 'more' button for web filters. They will see it only on top. Desktop users will also see this.
