Documents of these one lakh teachers will be investigated in Rajasthan, ED started investigation in ASI paper leak case
The problems of teachers recruited by the Congress government in the last five years in Rajasthan are going to increase. The government has decided to get the documents of one lakh teachers investigated. On the other hand, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also started an investigation into the Assistant Police Sub Inspector Recruitment Paper Leak case. Earlier, ED is also investigating the teacher recruitment paper leak case.
After the case of the issuance of fake degrees from private universities in Rajasthan came to light, the state government decided to re-examine the documents of about one lakh teachers who got appointments in the last five years. The government has decided that to check the authenticity of the degrees of teachers, a team of government officials will also visit the universities and see the records.
Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi said that the forms of teachers appointed from the year 2019 till now are being taken out at the level of the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education. The signatures made by the selected teachers at the examination centers will also be investigated. This investigation will be of teachers from third class to higher secondary level.
It is noteworthy that in the investigation conducted in the last eight months after the BJP came to power, it has come to the fore that during the tenure of the previous Congress government, there were large-scale irregularities in the recruitment examinations. Somewhere the papers were leaked and somewhere appointments were made on the basis of fake documents.
The maximum fraud occurred in the recruitment of third-class teachers. Recently, Rajasthan SOG arrested the operators of two private universities giving fake degrees. Both have also admitted to giving fake degrees by taking money on a large scale.
After the paper leak case of teacher recruitment in Rajasthan, now ED has also started investigating the Assistant Police Sub Inspector paper leak case. Examinations of both were conducted in the year 2021 and their papers were leaked. Rajasthan SOG is investigating the paper leak cases of all examinations going on in the state. Investigation so far has revealed that the accused made property worth crores by leaking the paper.
Now, the ED is investigating the property of the accused. An investigation by SOG has revealed that the accused took 15 to 25 lakh rupees for leaking the paper and making a dummy candidate sit in the Assistant Sub Inspector Recruitment Examination. Additional Director General of SOG VK Singh says that crores of rupees were earned by the gang members from paper leaks. One accused spent two crore rupees on making his mother a sarpanch.
