The work of replacing the locker or getting the key made will be done by the supplier of the bank. If ever the lost key is found, return it to the bank.
According to PNB, first of all, the information has to be given to the bank. After this, it will be taken in writing from the bank that if the key is found in the future, it will have to be returned to the bank. Apart from this, 1000 rupees plus GST will be charged to the customer in addition to replacing the locker and key.
