The delivery boy jumped from third floor to escape from dog: Case filed against woman who ordered food
A food delivery boy jumped from the third floor to escape a dog attack in Telangana's capital Hyderabad. Due to this, he is seriously injured. Presently he is admitted to NIMS. Police have registered a case against the owner of the dog.
The matter is of the night of 11 January. Shobhana, who lives in the Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad, had ordered food from Swiggy. Delivery boy Rizwan reached the given address with the food. When Rizwan was delivering the parcel to Shobhana, his pet German Shepherd dog attacked the delivery boy. Rizwan ran to the terrace to avoid the attack of the dog, but Doggy also followed him to the terrace of the third floor.
For Rizwan's help, Shobhana called the neighbours and herself ran after the dog. But by the time Shobhana reached the terrace, the delivery boy had jumped from the third floor to escape from the dog.
Banjara Hills Police Inspector M Narendra said the injured was identified as Mohammad Rizwan of the Sriramnagar area of Yousufguda. He has been admitted to NIMS for treatment. He is still unconscious, and his condition remains critical.
On the other hand, Rizwan's brother Mohammad Khaja lodged a complaint against Shobhana at the police station on January 12. On the basis of Tahrir, the police have registered a case under section 336 (causing injury due to negligence) against the woman who ordered the food.
