The second match of the T20 World Cup 2024 Super-8 round between the West Indies and England takes place today, June 20, at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in St Lucia. In this match, England won the toss and chose to bowl first. Batting first, West Indies scored 180 runs for the loss of four wickets in the allotted 20 overs. In response, England won their first Super-8 match by scoring 181 runs for the cost of two wickets in 17.3 overs.

After losing the toss and batting first, West Indies scored 180 runs for 4 wickets. For West Indies, J Charles scored 38, Nicholas Pooran scored 36 and Rovman Powell scored 36 runs. At the same time, Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid, Moeen Ali, and Livingstone took one wicket each for England.
