New Delhi (India): The dream of the legendary Dilip Kumar and other visionaries has now turned into reality with the unveiling of the CINTAA Tower. This magnificent building in Mumbai's upscale Andheri (W) will be the permanent address of the Cine & TV Artistes' Association.
The CINTAA Tower is more than just a structure; it's a testament to the commitment of yesteryear stars like Dilip Kumar, Sunil Dutt, and others to safeguard the interests of artists in the film industry. This impressive tower is equipped with a two-story auditorium, a welfare center, conference rooms, cafeteria, workshops, and more.
Amit Behl, the General Secretary of CINTAA, acknowledges that this achievement is the result of more than four decades of selfless work by actors who believe in helping their fellow artists. The tower is not just a building; it's a tribute to those who gave shape to the future of the industry. Their dedication is immortalized on the "Wall of Fame" at CINTAA.
The grand opening of the CINTAA Tower will be led by Asha Parekh, with Subhash Ghai as the Guest of Honour. Dr. Bharati Lavekar, MLA of Versova Constituency, will be the Special Guest, along with other prominent figures from the industry.
Amit Behl concludes, "Actors empower masses to dream. This time, we have empowered our own fraternity, and that is truly heartening for each of us that our tireless efforts finally paid off." This Dussehra marks a new beginning in the heart of the entertainment world.
