Chittorgarh News: Police have taken action in the Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan. Bassi police station has frozen the property earned from the black money of smuggling.

Freezing of illegal properties purchased from the drug black money in Chittorgarh district continues. On Saturday, under the direction of Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi, Bassi police station officer froze the illegal properties purchased by criminal Madanlal Jat by selling drugs under section 68 F of the NDPS Act. All the documents of these properties have been deposited in the concerned department. The value of the criminal's frozen property is around Rs 75 lakh.
Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi said that the property earned from the purchase and sale of illegal drugs is frozen under section 68 F (1) of the NDPS Act. Bassi Thanadhikari Manish Vaishnav has frozen the property of Madanlal son of Prabhulal Jat, a resident of Baldarkha, who is accused of drug trafficking. 06 cases are registered against Madanlal Jat under the NDPS Act. In such a situation, while conducting a financial investigation of the property acquired by the accused, the movable and immovable properties acquired were identified.
That the accused owns a residential house and agricultural land in the village of Baldarkha, a Kia vehicle, a motorcycle and a residential plot in Bassi which was valued at around Rs 75 lakh. With the approval of the Superintendent of Police, Bassi Thanadhikari Manish Vaishnav, under the instructions of ASP Chittorgarh Sarita Singh and DSP Rural Shivprakash Taylor, presented an application before the Competent Authority & Administrator SAFEM (FOP) A & NDPS Act. New Delhi under Section 68 (F) NDPS Act.
The department gave orders to freeze the property of criminal Madan Lal. In compliance with the order, the property was frozen. RTO Chittorgarh was informed about the freezing of vehicles. The competent authority heard the case in February. The competent authority approved the freezing order presented by Police Station Officer Bassi and made it permanent. The competent authority authorized by the Government of India gave the order to freeze the property acquired through smuggling considering it to be worth Rs. 75 lakhs. On Saturday, Bassi police put up a notice board outside the house of Madan Lal Jat in village Baldarkha, agricultural land and plot, regarding the freezing of property.
